Minister of Music Mary Clagg

Music has always been a passion in the life of our Minister of Music, Mary Clagg. From her earliest memories underneath her parents’ grand piano memorizing the songs they were singing, all the way through her schooling and career, music and worship have been at the center of her life. Mary graduated from Lee University with a degree in Music Education K-12, Vocal/General, in the spring of 2000. That same year she married Trent Clagg, and they moved to the Knoxville area. Mary served as Associate Minister of Music, while also teaching full time as an Elementary Music Teacher. In January of 2002, Mary became Minister of Music at Northshore Fellowship.  She feels so blessed to have such a unified, talented, worshipful group to serve. We look forward to many exciting years to come in the Music and Media Ministry at Northshore!

Mary enjoys every minute spent with her family. Abigail (Abby), born in 2003, and Annabeth, born in 2006 are the joy of her life!  They enjoy time spent with friends and family, church activities, boating, traveling, swimming, and shopping.  Mary enjoys many different genres of music, from worship to bluegrass. In addition to teaching private piano and voice lessons, Mary is highly involved in the newly formed Knoxville community worship network, NetWorship LIVE.
