The Young at Heart uses Matthew 5:16 as our motto. ”Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.” The Mission Statement of the Young at Heart is

1. To be an arm of the Pastor.
2. To be prayer partners with the entire church.
3. To show concern and care for each other and visit one another.
4. To be a source of information to all.
5. To enjoy life and living as a group.

In keeping with our Mission Statement, we serve as a first contact in our church prayer chain. If you have a prayer request, call your appointed prayer chain representative from your H.O.M.E. group. They will notify us of prayer request and they will also alert their H.O.M.E. group leader. If it is an urgent request, call the Pastor. Otherwise, we will contact Pastor Stephen and Kristen and the other H.O.M.E. group leaders.

We meet the last Wednesday night of each month for a time of sharing, food, and fellowship. All ages are invited to attend these meetings.  Also, the first Sunday of each month we meet in our small group.
